Was Hitler a Christian?
This is a point I hear sometimes in some theist-atheist arguments, where the atheist will bring up how religion is evil, and that Hitler was a Christian.
Whenever I hear this (along with many other arguments like this), it tests every ounce of my Christianity to not want to inflict physical or vocal harm onto that person. Not only is it insulting, but it is incredibly ignorant as well. So I thought I'd set the record straight with a very simple way of showing why Hitler is definitely not a Christian.
First off we need to define what being a Christian, or part of any religion entails. Being a Christian is more than just saying you are one. General knowledge is that you can be a Christian if you say "I believe in/worship God and believe that Jesus is the Son of God" and whatnot, but that's pretty vague. One (rather humorous) analogy for this is when I heard that "Many Christians see the Bible as a Terms of Service document; they just select 'I agree' and ignore it." So just substitute th
